1.This is a customized Ultra Magazine Unloader machine for a semiconductor manufacturing plant.

2.This SMT Magazine Unloader is used at the end of the semiconductor manufacturing line to collect the upstream PCBs into the magazine one by one.

3.The unloader is divided into 3 parts. The front part is the PCB incoming rail. The middle part is the lifting platform. The rear part is the 2-tier magazine in and out rail. Empty magazines come in from the upper, and full magazines come out from the bottom. The upper can hold 3 empty magazines, lower can hold 3 full magazines.

4.The rail width can be adjusted by entering it directly on the display.
