1.This is a customized Ultra Magazine Loader and Unloader machine for a semiconductor manufacturing plant.
2.This SMT Magazine Loader is used at the beginning of the semiconductor manufacturing line to push PCBs out of the magazine one by one to the downstream line when a downstream signal is received.
3.The loader is divided into two parts. The front part is the 2-tier magazine entry/exit rail. Empty magazines come in from the upper, and full magazines come out from the bottom. The rear part is the lifting platform.
4.The loader can store at least 100 pieces of items and the widths of the items can be set in the touch screen easily.
5.The rail width can be adjusted by entering it directly on the display.
