1.This is a customized L-shaped PCB Magazine Unloader machine for a semiconductor manufacturing plant.
2.This L-shape magazine Unloader is used at the beginning of the semiconductor manufacturing lines, test lines, or cleaning lines to push the PCB boards out of the magazine one by one to the downstream line when a downstream signal is received.
3.One special magazine can be placed in the machine. The staff puts the full magazine at the lower magazine transfer rail. The magazine follows the track and flows into the lifting platform.
4.The pusher of the machine pushes the PCBs out of the magazine one by one to the downstream line while a downstream signal is received. When all the PCBs in the magazine are pushed out of it. The empty magazine will be flown out from the upper magazine transfer rail.
